Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery and MUST HAVE a return authorization number. Call 352-589-2255 for your return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. Returns are only accepted for defects in workmanship ie. spelling errors. Items cannot be returned for improper size unless your order was filled with the incorrect size. All returns must be in original condition and are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. Embroidered, screen printed and engraved items are not returnable.
